Orders and Shipping
In most cases orders are shipped same day within the USA and Canada. We operate from California and use UPS and DHL regularly. For most options this is ground which can take anything from 2 to 10 days depending on distance.
Please log into your account area and goto the addresses option. Here you can easily amend you shipping address.
Where possible we will include tracking information on the receipt in your account area.
NEVER! We only use systems like Stripe and Paypal who handle the credit card systems. We will never store or have access to any of your sensitive information.
Our company operates from the UK and thus no sales tax is currently added.
We ship worldwide – simply choose your country at checkout for an accurate shipping cost.
In most cases all items will arrive in one package unless in rare circumstances we are waiting for some items to arrive and wish to get your other items to you quickly.

You are purchasing a magic trick AND a secret. The secret is in many cases more important than the trick itself and so for this reason we reserve the right to only accept returns on damaged or faulty goods. If damaged or faulty please take a photo of the item and use our online chat to submit this photo with a message and we will deal with as quickly as possible.
In the rare occasion an incorrect item is sent please reach out via our online chat / ticket system and we will work out a resolution.
